Description

The Knightsbridge screened TV outlet is a 25 x 50mm modular coaxial aerial socket designed for installation in grid systems and modular wiring accessories. The module houses a single female coaxial connection for TV aerial cables, with full EN 50083-2 screening to minimise signal ingress, cross-talk and interference between adjacent modules in multi-outlet installations.

Designed for residential and commercial aerial distribution systems, the outlet accepts cables with 1mm conductor cores such as PF100, H109F and QF100 coaxial types. The clamp and screw terminal at the rear provides cable retention without soldering, and the rear access allows cables to be fitted or replaced without removing the entire module from the grid frame. A minimum 35mm mounting box depth is required to accommodate the module and cable terminations behind the faceplate.

The white ABS construction matches standard white modular grid systems from Knightsbridge and other UK manufacturers using the 25 x 50mm grid format. The low-loss design maintains signal quality over the aerial run, making the module suitable for both analogue and digital TV reception including Freeview. The IP20 rating confirms suitability for dry indoor locations such as living rooms, bedrooms and offices.
