Rocio 6 Light Dimmable LED Semi-Flush Ceiling Light - Champagne Glass & Gold

The Rocio 6 is a semi-flush ceiling light with six teardrop-shaped glass shades in a champagne tint, each filled with decorative air bubbles that scatter light when the fitting is illuminated. The shades mount to a gold-toned metal base, 32cm in diameter and 26cm in total drop, which sits flush or near-flush to the ceiling. An integrated 29W LED inside each shade produces 3000K warm white light at a combined output across all six shades.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights between 2.3m and 2.7m where a pendant would drop too low, the Rocio suits living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms and hallways needing ambient and decorative light without a large projection from the ceiling. The fitting is TRIAC and 0-10V dimmable via the included remote control, allowing the light level to be adjusted from full brightness down to a low-level glow without needing a wall-mounted dimmer switch.

The champagne glass finish gives each shade a warm amber-gold appearance under daylight, which intensifies when the LED is switched on. The decorative bubbles inside the glass are cast into the material during manufacture, not applied afterward, so they sit beneath the surface rather than on it. The gold base is a powder-coated metal that coordinates with brass, brushed gold and antique brass hardware in the same room. At 6.47kg the fitting requires secure ceiling mounting — gravity toggles are included in the box for plasterboard ceilings.

Is the Rocio dimmable?

Yes. The fitting includes TRIAC and 0-10V dimmable drivers and comes with a remote control for wireless dimming. No separate wall dimmer is required, though the fitting can also be paired with compatible wall dimmers if preferred.

What ceiling height does it suit?

The 26cm total drop works best in rooms with ceiling heights between 2.3m and 2.7m. In taller rooms the fitting can appear small relative to ceiling height; in rooms below 2.3m the shades may sit too close to head height in circulation areas.

Can it be fitted to a plasterboard ceiling?

Yes. At 6.47kg the fitting requires secure mounting. Gravity toggles are included in the box for plasterboard ceilings without a joist directly above the mounting point. If a joist is available, standard wood screws provide the strongest fixing.

What colour is the light output?

The integrated LED produces 3000K warm white light, similar in tone to a traditional halogen or tungsten bulb. The champagne glass tint adds a slight amber warmth to the light as it passes through the shades.
