Description
The REMI is a GU10 LED spotlight bulb that twist-locks straight into a standard mains GU10 holder, so it needs no transformer or separate driver to run. It draws just 9W while putting out 900 lumens, replacing a 65W old halogen spot for the same brightness on a fraction of the power. The PAR16 spot shape gives a directional beam, and at 120 degrees it spreads wide rather than tight, which suits general lighting more than a narrow accent. In US terms this is the familiar GU10 mains spot bulb. The 6000K daylight tone is crisp and white, while a CRI of Ra 80 keeps colours reading naturally.
Use the REMI in recessed downlights, track heads or spotlight fittings across kitchens, hallways, home offices and shop displays where a clean, bright light helps. The wide 120 degree beam washes a broad area below each fitting rather than spotlighting one point, so several in a row give even cover across a worktop, desk or aisle. The daylight colour reads cool and clear, which works well for task areas and retail. This is a dry indoor bulb only, so keep it out of bathrooms, porches and any damp or outdoor location.
Built on a GU10 twist-lock cap at 220 to 240V AC, the REMI fits any mains GU10 fitting without extra control gear. It is rated at 20,000 hours and is non-dimmable, so pair it with a standard, non-dimming switch. The compact Ø50 by 55 mm body weighs only 56 g and finishes in white with the spot lens. Other GU10 caps and tones sit alongside it in our REMI range.

Frequently Asked
Which fitting does this bulb need?
It has a GU10 twist-lock cap, the standard mains spotlight fitting found in recessed downlights, track heads and spotlight bars. You push it in and give a quarter turn to lock. No transformer or driver is required, as it runs directly on 220 to 240V mains.
What old bulb wattage does it replace?
The REMI draws only 9W itself but puts out 900 lumens, matching the brightness of a 65W old halogen spot. You get the same light for a fraction of the running cost. The actual power used is the 9W figure, not the 65W equivalent.
Is this bulb dimmable?
No, the REMI is non-dimmable. Run it on a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer, as using it on a dimming circuit can cause flicker or buzz and may shorten its life.
What is the beam angle and colour like?
It has a wide 120 degree beam, so it spreads light across a broad area rather than as a tight spot, which suits general and task lighting. The colour is a crisp 6000K daylight white with a CRI of Ra 80 for natural colour reproduction.
