Description

The QTX GOBO Beam is a feature packed moving head that pairs a bright 100W COB LED with 7 GOBOs, 7 colours and a prism for varied effects and colour mixing. It runs in auto, sound-to-light, master/slave or DMX512 modes, so you can set it running on its own or link several units together across a rig. A forward 180 degree setting keeps the light from shining back into the DJ's eyes.

Control is handled over 9 or 13 channel DMX, giving you the choice of simpler operation or finer control depending on your setup. The pan range covers 540 degrees and tilt reaches 200 degrees, with a tight 2 degree beam angle for sharp, focused projection. The unit can stand freely or mount to trussing using the supplied brackets, so it fits both fixed installs and mobile work.

At 200 x 200 x 300mm and 3.6kg, it is easy to carry and position. Power runs on a universal 110-240 Vac supply via IEC, and DMX connects through 3-pin XLR in and out. It suits stages, bars, nightclubs and mobile DJs (in the US, disc jockeys), providing a spread of colourful effects to brighten up any event. Power consumption sits at 100W with an F3A fuse rating.
