Description

The Pulse is a 65mm square recessed brick light with an integrated 2W LED module running at 3000K warm white, set behind a tempered glass diffuser in a white powder-coated die-cast aluminium housing. The IP65 rating protects the internal LED and driver from dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, making it suitable for external wall installation in exposed positions.

Designed for recessing into outdoor walls, garden walls, boundary walls, steps and pathways, the Pulse sits flush with the surface once fitted, leaving only the square glass aperture visible. The recessed installation means the fitting itself does not project into walkways or sitting areas. The 70mm projection depth requires a recess cavity behind the wall surface or within blockwork during construction. The 2W output provides soft path marking and step definition rather than bright task lighting.

The die-cast aluminium body resists impact and corrosion in coastal and high-humidity environments. The powder-coated white finish pairs with render, painted masonry and white-painted timber cladding. The tempered glass diffuser spreads the LED output evenly across the aperture, reducing hot-spotting and glare at eye level when the light is installed at lower wall heights. The integrated LED cannot be replaced but carries a 5-year warranty from Ideal Lux.
