Are these rechargeable?

No. Procell Intense D cells are single-use alkaline batteries and must not be recharged. Attempting to recharge alkaline cells can cause leakage, rupture or fire. For rechargeable D cells, look for NiMH chemistry batteries rated at 1.2V.
