These are D-size alkaline cells from the Duracell Procell Intense line, supplied ten to a box. D is the largest of the common cylindrical sizes, taller and fatter than a C cell, and it carries the most stored energy of the everyday alkaline formats. Each cell gives the standard 1.5V an alkaline cylindrical delivers, so it drops straight into anything built around D cells without an adapter or sleeve.
