Description

The PRO-S is a pole-mounted LED street light built for roads, access routes and car parks. It draws 55W and puts out 8380 lumens at 4000K neutral white, an efficient 152 lm/W output from an integrated LED head with no separate lamp to fit. The wide X150/Y125 asymmetric beam spreads light forward and to the sides along a carriageway rather than in a tight pool. Across the Atlantic the same fitting answers to terms like area light, shoebox light and parking lot light, and it fills the role of a column-mounted street lantern in any commercial outdoor scheme.

The PRO-S suits adopted and private roads, estate drives, car parks, loading yards and other amenity areas that need even, glare-controlled light across a wide footprint. It mounts to a street pole, column or post via a spigot, and the asymmetric throw is designed to be spaced along a route so the pools of light overlap without dark gaps between columns. At 8380 lumens with a 4000K tone it gives clear, neutral light for traffic and pedestrian movement after dark, and the directional beam keeps spill off neighbouring boundaries. Pole height and spacing should be set to the area being lit, with the wide forward throw doing most of the work between posts.

The body is aluminium alloy in a grey finish, rated IP66 for full weatherproofing against driving rain and dust and IK08 for impact resistance, so it copes with fully exposed outdoor positions. The fitting is non-dimmable and runs on 220 to 240V AC, with a rated life of 100,000 hours that keeps maintenance visits low on hard-to-reach columns.
