Description
The PowerMaster dual outdoor wall light combines two GU10 downlights in a stainless steel cylinder housing with an integrated PIR motion sensor on the front panel. The PIR detects movement within a 90° arc and triggers both lights simultaneously, providing instant outdoor illumination for doorways, porches, driveways and pathways.
Designed for exterior wall mounting on residential properties, the light fits directly to brick, rendered or timber-clad walls using standard exterior fixings (not supplied). The IP44 rating protects against water splashes from any direction, making the fitting suitable for open porches, covered pathways and wall positions under eaves or canopies where direct rainfall is limited. The stainless steel body resists corrosion in coastal and urban environments better than painted mild steel alternatives.
The dual-light configuration provides more even coverage than single-bulb PIR lights, reducing harsh shadows on uneven ground or steps. A manual override switch allows the light to be set to On (constant), Off (disabled), or Auto (PIR-activated), giving control over when motion detection is active. The light accepts two standard GU10 bulbs up to 50W each (sold separately), allowing flexibility in brightness and colour temperature depending on the chosen bulbs.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does it take?
The light takes two GU10 bulbs up to 50W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most installations use LED GU10 bulbs between 4-7W in warm white (2700K-3000K) for security and pathway lighting.
What is the PIR detection range and angle?
The PIR sensor detects motion within a 90° horizontal arc. Detection range depends on the size and heat signature of the moving object — typically 8-10 metres for a person approaching directly.
Can the PIR sensitivity or timer be adjusted?
The manual override switch allows three modes: On (constant), Off (disabled), and Auto (PIR-activated). The trigger duration and sensitivity are factory-set and not user-adjustable on this model.
Can it be used in an exposed position without a canopy?
The IP44 rating provides protection against water splashes but not against direct, sustained rainfall or water jets. The light is best suited to positions under eaves, canopies or covered porches rather than fully exposed walls.
