The Palagiano is a slim LED flush ceiling light in white, 30cm across and just 5.5cm high, so it sits close to the ceiling where a pendant would hang too low. Its white steel body carries a satin white shade of plastic and steel. The shade is shaped as layered triangular rings with softly rounded corners that turn around a triangular centre diffuser, all set on a round base. The LEDs are integrated, drawing 14.7W and giving 2,100lm at 4000K, a clear neutral white. It is rated IP20, which settles where it goes: indoors in dry rooms, away from bathrooms and outdoor spaces.

Because it keeps so close to the ceiling, it suits rooms with lower ceilings, hallways and landings where headroom matters, as well as bedrooms, studies and living rooms.
