Description
This Glozo outdoor wall light is a surface-mounted façade fitting in a black aluminium alloy body, designed to fix flat against an external wall by an entrance, porch or along a path. It takes a single E27 Edison Screw (ES) bulb, which is not included, so you can fit whichever output and tone suits the spot. The fixed body throws light up and down the wall to graze the surface above and below the fitting.
At 150 by 150 by 500 mm it suits front doors, side passages, garden walls and the corners of a building, where a tall, slim profile works well either side of an entrance. Hold the lamp wattage to 15W maximum so the chosen bulb stays within what the fitting is rated to carry. Because it sits on the wall surface, no recess or back-box cutting is needed, just a fixing point and a feed for the cable.
The housing is aluminium alloy in a black finish, rated IP44 for protection against splashing water, so it copes with rain on a sheltered or semi-exposed wall though it is not meant for direct, driven water jets. Mounting is a simple surface fix through the back plate, and the head position is fixed rather than adjustable. The bulb is supplied separately so you choose the cap-compatible E27 lamp to match the look you want.

Frequently Asked
Is a bulb included?
No, the fitting is supplied without a bulb. It accepts a single E27 Edison Screw (ES) lamp, which you buy separately, up to a maximum of 15W.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. It carries an IP44 rating, which protects it against splashing water from any direction, so it is suited to sheltered or semi-exposed external walls. Keep it clear of direct, high-pressure water jets and standing water.
How is it fixed to the wall?
It is a surface-mounted fitting, so it bolts flat against the wall through the back plate with a cable feed behind it. No recess or cut-out is required, just a solid fixing point.
Can the head be angled?
No, the head position is fixed. The body throws light up and down the wall in a set direction, so plan its height and position for the effect you want before fixing.
