Description

This Knightsbridge outdoor wall light combines a GU10 bulb fitting with an adjustable head in a die-cast aluminium body, finished in black and rated IP65 for dust and water protection. The fitting accepts GU10 halogen or LED lamps up to 35W (sold separately), and the head tilts and rotates to direct light where needed on patios, porches, pathways and building entrances.

Designed for year-round outdoor use, the IP65 rating protects the internal components from rain and dust ingress, making the fitting suitable for exposed positions on exterior walls. The die-cast aluminium construction provides durability under temperature variation and UV exposure, while the black finish pairs with brick, stone, render and timber cladding on both traditional and contemporary buildings. The clear diffuser allows full light output from the chosen GU10 lamp, with beam angle determined by the lamp specification rather than the fitting.

The compact dimensions (64mm diameter, 145mm height, 166mm projection) suit installations where wall space is limited or where multiple fittings are used to mark a pathway or building perimeter. The adjustable head locks into position on a ball joint, allowing the light to be angled downward for path lighting, horizontally across a wall surface, or upward to graze architectural features. Class I construction requires an earth connection during installation.

Lamp replacement uses a standard GU10 twist-and-lock mechanism accessible from the front of the fitting without removing the body from the wall. Dimmability depends on the GU10 lamp chosen, with most LED GU10s now offering dimmer compatibility when paired with a suitable trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer.

No, the lamp is sold separately. Most users pair this with a GU10 LED between 4-6W and 3000K for warm white outdoor lighting, or 4000K for cooler security lighting. Beam angle (typically 36° or 60°) depends on the chosen lamp.
