Description
The Orvani is a 300mm oval wall light cut from a single piece of natural Spanish alabaster, mounted on a solid copper body with a soft white finish. An integrated LED with a 3000K colour temperature sits behind the stone, lighting the alabaster from within so the entire oval face glows with warm, diffused light. The fitting projects 140mm from the wall, giving the stone genuine depth rather than sitting flat against the surface.
Suited to hallways, stairwells, bedroom walls and lounge feature walls, the Orvani works as ambient and decorative light rather than task lighting. The concealed copper structure keeps all fixings hidden, so the alabaster reads as a single floating oval against the wall. Hardwired to a standard mains feed, the fitting is best installed at eye level or slightly above, where the veining of the stone is most visible.
Each oval is cut from a different section of Spanish alabaster, so the veining, mineral inclusions and tonal variation differ between pieces — layers of white, cream and soft grey-green run through the stone in patterns that no two fittings share. The 300mm width sits comfortably between corridor wall lights and large feature pieces, and the rounded edge profile softens the silhouette so it reads as sculpted rather than geometric.

Frequently Asked
Does the Orvani come with the LED bulb?
Yes. The light source is an integrated LED running at 3000K on 230V mains, built into the fitting at manufacture. There is no separate bulb to buy or change.
Is it dimmable?
Dimmer compatibility for integrated-LED fittings depends on the specific dimmer module used. Please contact us before pairing the Orvani with a dimmer so we can confirm compatibility for your circuit.
Will the alabaster veining match the photograph?
The pattern, colour and density of veining differ between pieces because each oval is cut from natural Spanish alabaster. Expect layers of white, cream and soft grey-green tones, but the exact pattern your fitting carries will be unique to it.
How is the alabaster cleaned?
Alabaster is porous and softer than marble, so wipe the surface with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid household sprays, polishes and any chemical cleaner, as these can stain or etch the stone.
