Olimpia LED Semi-Flush Ceiling Light 20W 3000K - Satin Gold

The Olimpia is a 550mm semi-flush ceiling light built around a single circular ring of opal white acrylic, suspended on a diagonal satin gold metal arm from a 170mm satin gold ceiling plate. An integrated 20W LED inside the ring casts 1500 lumens of warm 3000K light through the opal diffuser, providing even ambient illumination across the room below.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways, landing areas and small living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Olimpia works where a flush fitting would feel too flat and a full pendant would sit too low. The 550mm overall drop positions the illuminated ring approximately 400mm below the ceiling, giving visual separation without encroaching into head space. The diagonal arm creates an offset geometric composition that reads as sculptural rather than symmetrical.

The satin gold finish on the metalwork provides a soft brushed lustre that pairs with warm-toned interiors, oak or walnut joinery, and contemporary settings where brass or gold accents recur in handles, mirrors or textiles. The opal white diffuser hides the LED strip inside the ring while softening the light output, avoiding glare or visible hot spots. At 0.99kg the fitting is light enough to mount on a standard ceiling rose without additional support.

The Olimpia is part of Mantra's Spanish-designed LED collection and carries a 3-year warranty. The integrated LED is non-replaceable but rated for 25,000+ hours of operation, equivalent to over 10 years at 6 hours per day.

Is the Olimpia dimmable?

No. The integrated LED operates at fixed output on 220-240V mains. It cannot be paired with dimmer switches.

What ceiling height does it need?

The 550mm drop works best with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. In lower-ceilinged rooms the illuminated ring may sit too close to head height in circulation areas.

Can the LED be replaced?

No. The LED is integrated into the ring structure and cannot be replaced. It is rated for 25,000+ hours of operation, equivalent to over 10 years at typical residential use.

What room size does the 1500 lumens suit?

1500 lumens provides ambient lighting for bedrooms, hallways and living rooms up to approximately 12-15m². For larger spaces or rooms needing higher light levels, consider pairing the Olimpia with additional fittings or task lighting.
