Description

The Nordica is a 600mm diameter flush ceiling light with a black fabric shade wrapped around an opal white acrylic diffuser, housing an integrated 30W LED that outputs 3000 lumens at 3000K warm white. The shallow 140mm profile mounts directly to the ceiling with minimal projection, making it suited to rooms with standard or lower ceiling heights where a pendant would hang too low.

Designed for bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and dining areas needing general ambient light, the Nordica provides broad, even illumination across a 12-16m² space without hotspots or visible diodes. The black fabric outer shade creates a dark band when viewed from below, with warm light escaping from the opal inner diffuser to give the fitting a floating ring appearance when lit. The flush mount fixes to a standard UK ceiling rose and requires no additional hardware beyond the supplied bracket.

The black fabric shade uses a fine weave that shows slight texture in daylight but reads as a solid dark surface when the light is on. The opal diffuser softens the 30W LED array inside to prevent glare while maintaining the 3000lm output needed for primary room lighting. At 4.4kg the fitting is heavier than most fabric ceiling lights due to the internal LED driver and metal mounting bracket, so installation requires secure fixing into a ceiling joist or suitable anchor.
