Neviano LED Outdoor Wall Light 38cm - Black & White

The Neviano is a long, slim LED outdoor wall light with a black body of steel and plastic, a finely textured black front panel and white plastic diffuser strips running along both long edges, finished with neat black end caps. It measures 38cm long and 6.5cm high, and stands just 5cm from the wall, so it sits close and tidy against brick or render. The LEDs are integrated and give 1,200lm at 3000K, a warm white. Its IP55 rating settles the main question: it is protected against dust and jets of water, so it can live outdoors on a house wall.

Because the light leaves through the white strips on either side, it washes the wall around it in a soft glow rather than a harsh forward glare, which flatters a front door, a porch or a patio door. Hung upright beside a doorway, its long shape frames the opening, and a pair either side of a glazed door gives a balanced look. A 1,200lm output lights a doorway and its step clearly, while 3000K keeps the tone warm and welcoming rather than cold. It suits anyone who wants a clean, modern outside light that looks as tidy by day as it is useful after dark.

The LED and driver are integrated and not replaceable, so there is never a bulb to change; if the LEDs ever fail, the whole light is replaced rather than a single part. There is no switch on the light itself: it runs on mains power at 220-240V and is controlled by your wall switch. It weighs 0.65KG and carries energy class E. As a wired mains light, it is installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions come as a download, so you can read them in advance.
