The Miouski is a metal vase in a warm terracotta colour, built from three simple shapes stacked one on another: a straight cylindrical neck, a round body and a flared conical base. A thin, angular handle runs from the rim down to the shoulder, giving it the outline of a traditional pitcher drawn in clean, modern lines. It stands 22cm tall, 12.3cm long and 10.8cm wide, so it sits comfortably on a mantelpiece, a windowsill or a bookshelf without crowding the pieces beside it. At 0.47KG it is light enough to move whenever you rearrange a room.

Terracotta is an earthy colour that sits happily alongside natural wood, linen, cane and stone, and it brings real warmth to a white or grey shelf.
