Description

The Mercury is a 4-gang 13A trailing socket in black thermoplastic casing, with a neon power indicator set into the end cap. Each of the four outlets is rated at 13A, giving a total maximum load of 3,120W across all sockets in use. The socket accepts standard UK 13A plugs and is designed as portable power extension for workshops, home offices, event setups and temporary installations.

The trailing socket format means it can be positioned where needed rather than being fixed to a wall, making it suited to workbenches, under-desk installations, behind entertainment units, or in temporary event setups where multiple devices need power from a single wall outlet. The four-gang configuration allows connection of computers, monitors, lamps, chargers and other low-to-medium draw appliances without needing multiple extension leads.

The black thermoplastic casing resists impacts and scuffs in high-use environments, and the rewirable design allows the mains cable to be replaced or repaired without discarding the entire unit.
