Description

The Mercury 3-way mains adaptor converts a single UK 13A socket into three independent outlets, allowing three devices to be powered from one wall socket simultaneously. The adaptor is moulded from white impact-resistant plastic and carries a 13A fuse internally, protecting the adaptor and connected devices from overload.

Designed for domestic, office and workshop environments where extra outlets are needed without permanent rewiring, the adaptor fits standard BS1363 13A sockets and accepts three standard UK plugs. The compact block design measures approximately 80mm x 80mm x 60mm, sitting close to the wall and leaving adjacent sockets accessible in a double or triple gang faceplate.

The adaptor conforms to BS1363/3 safety standards, which specify construction, fusing and earthing requirements for UK plug adaptors. The white moulded body hides scuff marks and blends into white or light-coloured walls and skirting boards. Total load across all three outlets must not exceed 13A (approximately 3,120W at 240V), so users should consider the combined wattage of connected devices when using the adaptor at full capacity.
