Description
The LYYT 240 LED net light is a 2m x 2m mesh of 240 cool white LEDs on black rubber cable, rated IP44 for outdoor use. The net drapes across hedges, windows, pergolas and wall-mounted frames, with the LEDs spaced evenly across the mesh to create a uniform field of light rather than individual points.
Designed for outdoor Christmas displays, event installations and year-round garden lighting, the net connects to 240Vac mains via a 3m lead cable and a weatherproof transformer. A built-in controller cycles through 8 pre-programmed sequences including steady-on, slow fade, twinkle, wave and random flash. The male connector at the cable end allows up to 7 nets to be daisy-chained from a single mains plug, covering 28m² with one power source.
The black rubber cable is UV-resistant and rated for outdoor exposure, and the IP44 enclosure on each LED protects against rain and dust ingress. The 2m x 2m dimension suits standard bay windows, small hedges and garden structures without requiring trimming. At 14W total draw for 240 LEDs, the net consumes approximately 0.058W per LED, comparable to low-power decorative strings. The 2.17kg weight stays secure when draped over foliage or pinned to trellis.
Cool white LEDs emit light at approximately 6000-6500K, giving a crisp blue-white tone that contrasts with warm tungsten outdoor lighting and pairs with modern architecture. The net can be stored rolled or loosely coiled between uses without damaging the cable mesh.

Frequently Asked
Can this net be used outdoors in rain?
Yes. The IP44 rating protects the LEDs and connections against rain and dust. The UV-resistant rubber cable is designed for outdoor exposure. The mains transformer should be kept under shelter or inside a weatherproof enclosure.
How many nets can be connected together?
Up to 7 nets can be daisy-chained from a single mains plug using the male connector at the cable end. This covers 28m² total area from one power source.
What are the 8 pre-programmed sequences?
The controller typically cycles through steady-on, slow fade, twinkle, wave, chasing, random flash, sequential and combination modes. The exact sequence order is set by the manufacturer and controlled via a button on the transformer housing.
Is the net suitable for indoor use?
Yes. The IP44 rating and outdoor-grade cable make it safe for indoor use as well, though the black cable and cool white tone suit modern or industrial interiors rather than traditional settings.
