Description

The Lornora is a slim LED bathroom wall light: a long tube of white plastic on an aluminium body in silver and chrome, finished with a rounded chrome housing at one end and a neat chrome cap at the other. It is 68cm long, 5.5cm wide and 7cm high. The LEDs are integrated, drawing 15W and giving 1,850 lumens of neutral white light at 4000K, so there is never a bulb to buy or change. It is rated IP44, which means it is protected from splashing water, and that is what makes it a sound choice for a bathroom wall.

Its natural home is over a bathroom mirror or basin, where a long, even line of light falls across your face for shaving, make-up and the everyday routine at the sink. At 68cm it spans a good width of mirror, and two side by side work well over a double vanity or a long wall mirror. It suits an en suite or a cloakroom just as well as a family bathroom. As a mains wall light it is installed by a qualified electrician, who will confirm the right zone for your bathroom.

The rocker switch sits on the end of the chrome housing, so you can switch it right at the fitting. It is not dimmable, so it gives the same full output whenever it is lit.
