Does this kit need a separate driver?

No. It is supplied as a ready-to-run kit with the supply included, so you have what you need to power the 3m strip out of the box. There is no separate driver to source before installation.

Can the strip be cut to length?

Yes. The COB strip cuts only at the marked cut points along its length, so trim it there to suit your run rather than at any random spot. Cutting between marks would damage the section.

Can it be used outdoors or in a bathroom?

No. This kit is rated IP00, which means dry indoor use only. Keep it clear of bathrooms, damp areas and any outdoor location, and use it for indoor positions such as under cabinets, coves and display shelves.
