Description

The article code STOPPER K marks this as a set of end caps for the K-series aluminium LED profile, supplied as a pack of 2 in grey plastic. The caps fit over the open ends of a cut profile run, closing the channel and giving a finished edge where the strip and diffuser sit inside. They are a passive trim part, so they carry no wiring and emit no light of their own.

Push each cap onto the profile end after the channel has been cut to length and the LED strip and diffuser are seated within it, keeping the open ends tidy on surface, recessed or corner installs. Some variants in the set are pre-drilled to pass the supply cable through. We also stock the matching K-series profile, snap-in diffusers and the LED strip that runs inside the channel.

Which profile do these end caps fit?

They are made for the K-series aluminium LED profile and close its cut ends. Check that your channel is the K profile before ordering, as caps are profile-specific and will not seat correctly on a different section.

How many end caps are in the pack?

This is a pack of 2, which is enough to close both ends of a single profile length. Order additional packs if you are running several separate sections.

Do they allow the supply cable through?

Some end caps in the set are supplied with a cable-entry hole so the LED strip's feed can pass through, while others are solid blanks for the far end. Use the solid cap at the closed end and the drilled one where the cable enters.

Are these caps lit or do they carry power?

No. They are passive grey plastic trim parts that simply close the profile ends, so they carry no current and produce no light. The light comes from the LED strip fitted inside the channel behind the diffuser.
