Latina Stoneware Jug 1200ml - Brown

This stoneware jug holds 1200ml and stands 25cm tall and 20cm across, finished in a solid coloured brown glaze. Fine vertical ribs run up the whole body, each ending in a small rounded tip just above the foot, and the rim has a gentle scalloped edge where the ribs meet it. The body narrows a little from base to rim, with a pinched pouring lip at the front and a generous loop handle at the back. At 0.8KG it is a solid, substantial piece, the kind of jug that earns its place on the table every day.
