Description

The Knightsbridge IK08 is a 21W LED outdoor wall light with an integrated SMD LED array delivering 1000-1200 lumens (depending on colour temperature setting) behind an opal polycarbonate diffuser and black ABS frame. The light mounts to external walls as general illumination for entrances, rear gardens, driveways and communal areas, with IP65 ingress protection against dust and water jets from any direction.

The colour temperature switches between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 6500K cool daylight via a physical switch on the fitting, allowing the light tone to be changed on installation or adjusted later depending on the setting. The 3000K output produces 1000 lumens, the 4000K setting 1200 lumens, and the 6500K setting 1100 lumens. The 105-degree beam angle spreads light evenly across walls and ground within 3-4m of the fitting.

The IK08 impact rating means the fitting withstands a 1.7kg mass dropped from 295mm height, making it suitable for positions where accidental contact with garden tools, footballs or gate-swinging is likely. The polycarbonate diffuser and ABS housing resist corrosion in coastal environments and marine salt exposure, so the fitting can be installed in seafront properties without accelerated degradation. The Class II double-insulated construction requires only live and neutral wiring, no earth connection needed.

A physical switch on the fitting allows you to select between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 6500K cool daylight. The setting can be changed on installation or adjusted later by removing the cover to access the switch. The light must be powered off before changing the setting.
