Description

The Knightsbridge 350ND19W is a constant current LED driver delivering a fixed 350mA output with a maximum load capacity of 19W. Housed in a white polycarbonate case measuring 116mm x 41mm x 25mm, the driver converts 230V 50Hz mains input to the regulated current required by LED modules and fittings designed for constant current operation.

Designed for residential, commercial and hospitality lighting installations where LEDs require precise current regulation rather than voltage control, the driver suits downlights, panel lights, strip lighting and modular LED systems rated for 350mA constant current. The compact dimensions allow installation in shallow ceiling voids, behind panels, inside luminaire housings and other confined spaces where larger drivers cannot fit. The unit is non-dimmable, providing steady output without flicker or variation.

The polycarbonate construction is lightweight and provides Class II double-insulated protection, eliminating the need for an earth connection during installation. IP20 rating makes the driver suitable for dry indoor locations but not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor use or anywhere exposed to moisture. The driver operates silently with no audible hum and runs cool enough for installation directly against plasterboard or timber joists where ventilation is limited.

Frequently Asked

What's the difference between constant current and constant voltage drivers?

Constant current drivers regulate the current (measured in milliamps) flowing through the LED, while constant voltage drivers regulate the voltage. LEDs designed for constant current operation require a driver that matches their rated current — in this case 350mA. Using a constant voltage driver on a constant current LED, or vice versa, can damage the LED or cause premature failure.

Can this driver be used with dimmers?

No. The 350ND19W is non-dimmable and should not be connected to dimmer switches or dimming controls. Attempting to dim a non-dimmable driver can cause flicker, premature failure or damage to both the driver and the dimmer.

What LED fittings is this driver compatible with?

The driver suits any LED module, panel, downlight or strip rated for 350mA constant current operation with a total wattage up to 19W. Check the LED product datasheet to confirm it requires 350mA constant current rather than a different current or a constant voltage supply.

Where can the driver be installed?

The IP20 rating makes the driver suitable for dry indoor locations only — ceiling voids, behind panels, inside light fittings. It cannot be used in bathrooms (zones 1-3), outdoors or anywhere exposed to moisture, dust or condensation. Class II double insulation means no earth connection is required.

Free worldwide delivery

Free worldwide delivery on all orders over £99. International orders for third-party brand products may be subject to an additional courier surcharge based on volumetric weight, particularly on larger lighting fixtures — if a surcharge applies, our team will email you with the amount before dispatch and you can proceed or cancel for a full refund. See full delivery terms.

Returns

30-day returns window from delivery. As all our products are electrical or lighting goods, returned items must be inspected and recertified by a qualified electrician before resale — the cost of this inspection (25–40% of the item value) is deducted from your refund. Customers pay return shipping. Made-to-order, special-order and clearance items cannot be returned. See full returns policy.
