Description

The Knightsbridge LED11WCW is a 24V 11W LED strip light measuring 1010mm long, 33mm wide and 8mm deep, designed for linkable under-cabinet, shelf and display installations. The fitting delivers 1320 lumens at 6000K cool white through an integrated LED array behind a polycarbonate diffuser, set in an aluminium body with black end caps.

Designed for kitchen worktops, retail shelving, office desks and workshop benches where bright task lighting is needed, the strip can be linked end-to-end using the supplied coupler or optional link leads, allowing multiple units to run from a single 24V constant voltage driver. Each strip can be individually switched when connected, giving flexibility in multi-strip installations. The fitting mounts horizontally or vertically using the supplied fixing kit, with a low 8mm projection that keeps it out of sightlines when fitted under wall cabinets.

The 6000K colour temperature provides a cool, daylight-tone white that increases contrast and visibility for detailed work. The fitting requires a separate 24V DC constant voltage driver (sold separately) and is dimmable when paired with compatible control gear. The IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry interior environments. The Class III electrical rating means the fitting operates at extra-low voltage for additional safety in domestic and commercial installations.

The aluminium construction dissipates heat from the LED array, contributing to the 35,000-hour L70B50 rating. The >80 CRI ensures colour rendering is acceptable for most general tasks, though not high enough for colour-critical work such as fabric matching. The 1m power cord and coupler are supplied as standard, along with the fixing kit for screw-mounting to the underside of cabinets or onto vertical surfaces.

The fitting requires a separate 24V DC constant voltage driver capable of delivering at least 11W per strip. If linking multiple strips, calculate the total wattage and ensure the driver can handle the combined load. Knightsbridge offers compatible drivers — contact us for recommendations.

Can I link multiple strips together?

Yes. The strip includes a coupler for direct end-to-end connection. Additional strips can be linked using optional link leads (sold separately), allowing you to create longer runs or position strips with gaps between them. Each strip can be individually switched when connected.

Is it dimmable?

The strip is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmable 24V driver and dimmer control. Standard non-dimmable drivers will not allow dimming. Check that all components in the circuit support dimming before purchasing.

Can it be used in bathrooms or outdoors?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is suitable for dry interior environments only. It is not protected against moisture or splashing, so it cannot be used in bathrooms (unless well away from water sources) or outdoors.
