Description

Small, square and quietly plain, this is the sort of exterior fitting that gets on with its job without asking for attention. Two GU10 lamps sit in a compact body just 70mm across, standing 150mm tall on the wall. Sand white gives it a soft, clean look that sits comfortably against brick, render or painted timber, and the squared corners keep it neat beside a door frame. There is no switch on the fitting itself, so it works from a wall switch or an existing garden lighting circuit.

We would fit these either side of a front door, or on its own above a back step, a side passage or a garage door where a bulkhead would look heavier than the space deserves. The shallow projection keeps it clear of a swinging door and out of the way on a narrow path. Rated for outdoor positions exposed to rain and windblown dust, it suits porches, patios, garden walls and courtyards. It is a sensible choice where you want the light rather than the fitting to be noticed.

The matt sand white finish keeps glare off the fitting itself and stays discreet in daylight. Keep it looking well by wiping the housing with a damp cloth once the weather turns, clearing cobwebs and leaf litter from the lamp openings, and drying it off, with the power off and the lamps cold. It carries a two year warranty. We stock the range in round as well as square, in anthracite, rust brown and sand black alongside sand white, and in single-lamp versions where less light is needed. Lamps are not included, and we would choose a reflector LED in each.
