This is a pair of C size alkaline cells from JCB, each one giving 1.5V and supplied together on a single blister card. C is the short, fat round cell that sits between AA and D in the standard sizes, and within one chemistry a bigger can holds more energy than a smaller one, which is why C turns up in devices that would flatten an AA quickly. The cells are printed C/LR14 on the wrapper and the card is marked MN1400, so holding one of these against the cell you are replacing settles the match in a second.
