The Itech is a surface-mounted emergency light that draws 2W from a 220-240V AC supply and puts out 269 lumens at a crisp 5000K. Its round housing measures Ø170 by 66.5mm, sitting proud of the surface rather than recessing into it. The output is tuned for marking rather than general illumination, so on mains failure it lights an escape route clearly without flooding the area. As an emergency LED light, it carries the safety duties that fire codes refer to as exit and egress lighting in US terms.

The fitting works across a wide spread of locations thanks to its weatherproof build, covering corridors, stairwells, plant rooms and car parks where a power cut must not leave people in the dark.
