Description

The Iper LED is a round bulkhead light running 35W from a 220-240V AC supply and delivering 4200 lumens at a neutral 4000K white. A wide 120 degree beam spreads light evenly across the surface below, with no harsh hotspot, making it a practical choice where steady, all-over illumination matters more than a tight beam. Across the Atlantic this style of fitting is the outdoor wall pack, the workhorse luminaire bolted above doors and along service walls, and it covers the same ground here as an outdoor wall sconce would on a domestic frontage.

Mounted to a wall or a ceiling, the Iper suits entrances, porches, stairwells, corridors, car parks and the underside of canopies and soffits. The 4200 lumen output and broad spread throw a generous wash of light over a doorway, a landing or a short run of path, so it works well as a marker at thresholds and along access routes rather than as a single room's main light source. At 4000K the tone stays crisp and clear, which keeps signage, steps and surfaces easy to read at night. Its compact Ø350mm round form sits flat and unobtrusive against the building.

The body is moulded plastic in a white finish, sealed to IP65 so it copes with driving rain and direct exposure, and rated IK10 for strong resistance to knocks and vandalism in public or industrial settings. It runs as an integrated LED fitting with a rated life of around 50,000 hours and is not dimmable. Mounting is straightforward to either wall or ceiling, and at 1.10kg it is light to handle on site. Yes. It carries an IP65 rating, which means it is fully weatherproof and suitable for exposed outdoor positions as well as wet or damp locations. It can be fitted to external walls, porches, canopies and unsheltered service areas without issue.

Wipe the white plastic surface with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent, avoiding abrasive cleaners that could scratch the diffuser. Make sure the fitting is switched off and cool first, and clean it periodically to keep the light output bright in dustier or exposed locations.
