Iper 10W Ø200 LED Bulkhead IP65 - White

The Iper is a round LED bulkhead drawing 10W and putting out 1200 lumens of 4000K neutral white light across a wide 120 degree spread. Across the Atlantic a fitting like this is often called an outdoor wall sconce or a wall pack, and the Iper covers the same ground in a compact 200mm disc. The LED is integrated rather than a separate lamp, so there is no E27 or other bulb to fit or replace, and the broad beam washes the surrounding surface evenly rather than throwing a tight pool. With 120 lumens per watt it runs efficiently for a fitting expected to stay on through the night.

The fitting earns its place on porches, entrances, stairwells, passageways and around the side and rear of a building, and the IP65 rating means it copes with direct rain and wash-down as readily as a sheltered spot. Mounted on a wall it marks a doorway or step run; fixed to a soffit or ceiling it lights a porch underside or a covered walkway. The wide 120 degree beam suits surface washing and general approach lighting rather than a concentrated throw, so think of it as filling an entrance or landing with light rather than projecting down a long path. Its small 200mm footprint keeps it discreet on tighter walls and ceilings where a larger floodlight would dominate.

Built from plastic with a white finish and a round diffuser, the Iper carries an IP65 weatherproof rating alongside an IK10 impact rating, so it shrugs off both weather and knocks in exposed or public locations. It runs directly on 220-240V AC mains with the driver built in, and is wall or ceiling mountable through its base. Can the Iper be used outdoors?

Yes. It carries an IP65 rating, which means it is fully weatherproof and suitable for exposed outdoor positions as well as wet areas. It withstands direct rain and pressure wash-down, so porches, entrances and external walls are all fine.

Does it take a separate bulb?

No. The Iper uses an integrated LED rather than a replaceable lamp such as an E27, so there is no bulb to source or change. The whole 10W array is rated for around 50,000 hours of use.

How should the Iper be cleaned?

Switch it off and let it cool, then wipe the white diffuser and body with a soft damp cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive pads, which can dull the surface. An occasional clean keeps the 1200 lumen output bright and even.
