Description

The Knightsbridge LEDM07B is a 1.5W blue LED ground light rated IP65, built around a die-cast aluminium body with a 304 stainless steel bezel and an opal diffuser that casts a 45-degree cone of blue light. The integrated LED driver is housed inside the fitting, eliminating the need for a separate control box, and the unit ships with 1.5m of 230V outdoor-rated 3-core cable pre-attached.

Designed for installation in driveways, garden paths, decking edges and patio borders, the fitting can be recessed into concrete, paving slabs or tarmac using the included plastic mounting sleeve. The sleeve provides a 60mm installation diameter and protects the fitting during installation. Once installed flush with the surface, the light is rated to withstand vehicle traffic up to 800kg at speeds of 5mph, making it suitable for slow-access driveways and courtyard parking. The 62mm outer diameter and 83mm recessed depth fit standard ground light applications.

The 304 stainless steel bezel resists corrosion in exposed outdoor environments and maintains its finish through freeze-thaw cycles, salt exposure and UV degradation. The blue LED output at 15 lumens provides accent lighting rather than functional illumination, typically used to mark pathway edges, highlight architectural features, or add decorative colour to outdoor spaces after dark. The Class I earthing requirement means the fitting must be connected to a mains earth during installation.
