Description

The Hoosic wall light is a cylindrical outdoor fitting in matt black, with up and down openings that send light both above and below its wall mount. Each end holds smoke-coloured plastic diffusers that soften the glow after dark. Light comes from the recommended bulb: an E27 LED at 4W, 470lm each in a 2700K warm white tone. Bulbs are not included, and the fitting takes two E27 lamps.

Rated IP44, it copes with splashing water and general weather exposure, so it suits a house façade near the entrance, a balcony wall or a patio. The twin up and down effect works well framing a doorway or spacing along an exterior wall.

The body is die-cast aluminium finished in matt black, standing 33cm tall with a projection and a width of 8.5cm. At 0.7kg it is straightforward to wall-mount, and the modern shape sits alongside a range of exterior schemes.
