Description

The Hilton is a 121cm-diameter two-tier chandelier with eighteen E14 candle bulb positions arranged across polished nickel arms and taupe-toned wood slats. The upper tier holds six bulbs and the lower tier twelve, creating two concentric rings of light separated by approximately 40cm vertical drop. The polished nickel framework radiates from a central hub, with each arm capped by a taupe wood slat that runs parallel to the suspension chain, giving the chandelier a pyramidal profile when viewed from the side.

Designed for entrance halls, living rooms and dining rooms with ceiling heights of 3m or above, the Hilton requires substantial vertical space to accommodate its 1580mm body height plus the minimum 1680mm total drop from ceiling rose to lowest point. The drop is adjustable on installation up to 3640mm, allowing the chandelier to be raised or lowered depending on ceiling height and desired clearance above furniture. At 18.9kg the fitting requires secure ceiling joist fixing or a reinforced ceiling rose rated for the full weight plus bulbs.

The taupe wood slats are finished with a matte lacquer that reduces reflections and complements the high-gloss polished nickel metalwork. The combination of warm mid-brown wood and cool reflective metal suits interiors that mix contemporary proportions with warmer material palettes. Each of the eighteen E14 positions accepts bulbs up to 20W (bulbs sold separately), and dimming is supported when dimmable E14 LED or halogen bulbs are fitted and paired with a compatible dimmer switch. What ceiling height is needed for the Hilton?

The minimum total drop from ceiling to the lowest point is 1680mm. For a room to safely accommodate the Hilton without the chandelier hanging below typical head height, a ceiling height of at least 3m is recommended. Higher ceilings up to 5m+ can use the adjustable chain to lower the chandelier to the desired level.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable E14 LED or halogen bulbs and paired with a compatible dimmer switch. The chandelier itself has no built-in dimming electronics, so dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs you choose.
