Description

Havana is a modern geometric rug built from overlapping curves and rounded shapes, laid out in our Grey / Multi colourway. Sage green, cream and soft grey make up most of the design, cut through with charcoal, olive and a warm rust brown, and each block of colour has a gently mottled, heathered look that keeps it from feeling flat. It is machine woven from 100% polypropylene, with a soft, textured pile that is comfortable underfoot.

It is a living room rug at heart, and the earthy palette sits happily alongside cream upholstery, natural wood and green furnishings. We offer it in two sizes. The 120 by 170cm rug suits a smaller living room, in front of a sofa or between a pair of armchairs to pull a seating corner together. The 160 by 235cm rug is the one for a larger room, big enough for the front feet of a sofa and chairs to rest on it so the whole seating area reads as one.

The pile is stain resistant, which makes it a sensible choice for a well used living room where drinks are carried in and out and the rug gets walked on every day. Before you choose a size, measure the space you want it to cover, mark it out on the floor with a little tape if that helps, and allow for the furniture that will sit on or around it, so you are left with an even border of floor showing on every side.
