Description

This black velvet cushion takes the shape of the Hogwarts crest from Harry Potter, cut to follow its outline rather than a plain square. The front is printed in gold on deep black velvet, with the lion, the serpent, the badger and the eagle set around a letter H at the centre, framed by curling scrolls at the top and a fine lined border. A band of gold follows the outer edge, so the shape reads clearly against a sofa or a chair. The back is plain black. The front measures 40.9cm one way and 39.9cm the other, and the cushion is 13.2cm thick, a good size to sit against the back of an armchair or prop up on a bed.

Because the crest is the whole cushion, it works as a piece of decoration as much as a cushion to lean on.
