Description

The Halcyra is a 600mm flush LED ceiling light with an integrated 44W LED and an IP44 rating, built from white polycarbonate with a shallow 40mm overall depth. The integrated LED delivers either 3000K warm white or 4000K neutral white light (switchable depending on model variant), with the LED array concealed behind a white diffuser that spreads light evenly across the ceiling area.

Designed for bathrooms, covered outdoor areas such as porches and verandas, utility rooms and kitchens where moisture is present, the IP44 rating protects against water splashes from any direction. The flush-mount design fits directly to the ceiling surface using a rear mounting plate, requiring minimal void depth above the ceiling. The 600mm diameter suits rooms of 12-18m² where a single central fitting provides primary ambient lighting, or larger spaces where multiple fittings are spaced across the ceiling run.

The polycarbonate body is lighter than metal or glass alternatives at the same diameter, reducing mounting stress on plasterboard ceilings without the need for additional reinforcement in most installations. The white finish on both the body and diffuser gives a clean appearance that pairs with white or light-coloured ceilings, causing the fitting to recede visually. The 1400mm cable allows for installation on ceilings with joists or conduit runs set back from the final mounting position, reducing the need to extend wiring during fitting.
