Description

The Knightsbridge GU10 track spotlight is a brushed chrome aluminium fitting designed for standard single-circuit track systems, accepting GU10 LED or halogen bulbs up to 50W (sold separately). The spotlight head rotates 350 degrees on its vertical axis and tilts 80 degrees from horizontal, allowing directed light to be set for accent lighting, task lighting over kitchen worktops, or wall-washing in galleries and retail.

Designed for installation on Knightsbridge and compatible single-circuit track rails, the fitting clips onto the track via a plastic connector housing the electrical contact points. Once clipped in place, the spotlight can be rotated and tilted without needing to disconnect from the track, making it straightforward to adjust beam direction after installation. The 160mm projection from the track rail gives sufficient clearance to light vertical surfaces without shadowing from the track itself.

The brushed chrome finish is applied to the aluminium body, giving a low-sheen metallic surface that minimises glare under ambient light and pairs with both contemporary and industrial interiors. The 56mm diameter head sits flush with the front lens, keeping the fitting compact on the track. Dimmer compatibility depends on the GU10 bulb chosen — most dimmable LED GU10s work with standard trailing-edge dimmers, while halogen GU10s work with most dimmer types.

Can the spotlight be adjusted after installation?

Yes. Once clipped onto the track, the spotlight head can be rotated 350 degrees horizontally and tilted 80 degrees from horizontal without needing to disconnect from the track. This allows beam direction to be changed as room layout or lighting needs change.
