Which fitting does this bulb need?

It has a GU10 cap, the twist-lock mains spotlight base that pushes in and turns a quarter to lock. It runs directly off the 220-240V mains, so no separate transformer or driver is required. This is different from the GU5.3 / MR16 two-pin type, which is low voltage and does need a transformer.
