GRIBLO GU10 Garden Spike Light IP65 - Anthracite

The GRIBLO is a garden spike light built to mark out planting, borders and pathways after dark. It takes a single GU10 PAR16 LED lamp rated up to 7W and runs straight off 220-240V AC mains, so it sits within a standard outdoor lighting run. Known in the US as a landscape spike or pathway light, it pushes a directional beam from a head mounted on a tall ground spike, letting you graze a shrub, pick out a feature plant or wash a stretch of path with light.

Outdoors it suits flower beds, low planting, edges of a lawn and the run alongside a path or driveway, where the 350mm spike pushes deep enough into soil to hold the fitting steady against wind and watering. Because it throws a defined GU10 beam rather than spreading even ambient light, think of it in terms of what it lights rather than floor area: angle the head up into foliage for an uplit effect, or down across a border to catch low planting. Several spaced along a path or bed give a repeated series of pooled accents instead of a single broad spread.

Construction is aluminium alloy with an anthracite finish that settles into garden surroundings, and the IP65 rating means it copes with exposed positions, rain and direct hose-down without trouble. It is staked into soil or a border bed on its ground spike rather than fixed to any wall, ceiling or recess, so it can be repositioned as planting fills out across the seasons. Is the GRIBLO suitable for outdoor use?

Can the beam angle be adjusted?

The GRIBLO runs directly from 220-240V AC mains, so no separate low-voltage transformer is required. It connects into a standard outdoor lighting circuit, ideally through a suitable weatherproof connection.
