Description

The Gosmelle is a round, slim LED flush ceiling light in white, with a white steel body and a white plastic diffuser that sits close to the ceiling. It measures 28.5cm across and just 2.8cm deep, so it keeps a low profile on a low ceiling or in a narrow passage where a pendant would get in the way. The LEDs are integrated, giving 2,400lm of warm light at 3000K, with no bulbs to buy or change. It is rated IP20, which settles where it goes: indoors, in dry rooms, and never in a bathroom or outdoors.

Its built-in motion sensor is the reason to choose it. The light comes on when it detects movement within 2m across a 160° angle. That makes it a natural fit for hallways, landings, stairwells, utility rooms and walk-in wardrobes, the places where you arrive with your hands full and want light straight away. Nobody has to feel along the wall for a switch in the dark. Because the range is 2m, it works best in a compact space where people pass close beneath it. The clean white finish blends into a white ceiling and sits quietly with almost any decor.
