Description

The Gosmelle is a square LED downlight that sits recessed into the ceiling, with a white steel body framing a white plastic diffuser. It measures 16.6cm long and 16.6cm wide, and the corners of the frame are softly rounded. The light comes from integrated LEDs rated at 11W, giving 1,350 lumens at 4000K, a cool white that reads crisp and clear. The LEDs are built into the fitting, so there is no separate bulb to change. It is rated IP20, which means it is made for indoor rooms that stay dry, so keep it away from bathrooms and outdoor spaces.

We would put a run of these in a kitchen, a hallway, a study or a home office, anywhere you want even, bright light for working, cooking and reading. At 1,350 lumens each they give out a generous amount, so a few spaced across the ceiling will light a room well, and the 4000K tone keeps worktops, desks and reading corners looking sharp.
