Galvin Checked Cotton Throw - Multi

Our Galvin throw is a woven cotton blend in a broad, multicoloured check, 160cm long and 130cm wide. The fabric is 52% cotton, 24% polyester, 11% viscose and 13% other fibre, and the weave has a slightly flecked, nubbly surface that softens the edges of each block of colour. The check is wide and loosely irregular, with bands and squares in several sizes, and it carries through to the reverse, so either face can sit uppermost. A long, loose fringe finishes the edges and gives the whole piece a relaxed, lived-in feel.

At 160cm by 130cm it is a true throw size: enough to draw over your knees and shoulders on the sofa on a cold evening, to fold over the back of an armchair, or to lay across the foot of a bed.
