Description
This G125 globe is a large decorative LED bulb with visible filaments and clear glass for a vintage look. It fits a standard E27 Edison Screw (ES) cap and draws just 10.5 W while putting out 1521 lumens, replacing an old 100 W bulb. The light is a 4000K cool white with a wide 320 degree beam, so the glow spreads evenly around the clear sphere rather than firing in one direction. US shoppers will know the 95mm to 125mm globe family as oversized decorative bulbs; this is the larger 125mm format.
The G125 suits open fittings where the bulb is meant to be seen, such as pendant drops over a dining table or kitchen island, bare-flex cluster fittings, and exposed-bulb wall or table lamps. The 320 degree spread and 1521 lumen output give a bright, all-round glow that reads clearly across a room without a shade. As an IP20 bulb it is for dry indoor use only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp position.
The bulb uses LED filament technology behind clear transparent glass, measuring 125mm in diameter by 178mm long and weighing 88 g. Efficiency is 145 lm/W with a CRI of Ra 80 and a rated life of 25,000 hours, running on 220 to 240V AC. It is non-dimmable, so pair it with a standard on or off switch rather than a dimmer. The range also includes other E27 globe shapes in matching filament styling.

Frequently Asked
Which fitting does this bulb need?
It has an E27 Edison Screw (ES) cap, the larger of the two screw fittings. It screws straight into any standard E27 holder.
What old bulb wattage does it replace?
The LED itself draws only 10.5 W but produces 1521 lumens, equivalent to a 100 W traditional bulb. You get the same brightness for a fraction of the energy.
Is this bulb dimmable?
No, this G125 globe is non-dimmable. Use it on a standard switch and avoid pairing it with a dimmer, which can cause flicker or shorten the bulb's life.
Can I use it outdoors or in a bathroom?
No. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor use only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp location. Reserve it for living rooms, kitchens and similar indoor spaces.
