The Frinarne is a long, slim LED panel light for the ceiling, 120cm long, 10cm wide and just 4.5cm high. A white aluminium frame holds a white plastic diffuser along its full length, so the integrated LEDs give an even strip of light with no bulbs to buy or change. It draws 33.5W and gives out 4,150 lumens, a generous output for one ceiling fitting. It is rated IP20, which means it belongs indoors in a dry room, away from bathrooms and outdoor walls.

Its length suits rooms where you want light spread evenly, such as over a dining table or along a living room ceiling, and it works just as well in a bedroom or hallway. Because the colour temperature adjusts from a warm 2700K to a cool 6500K, one light gives a cosy glow for an evening meal and a crisp, bright white for reading, working or tidying. It is dimmable too, so you can bring the level down for a quiet night in and back to full brightness whenever you need it. The clean, white frame sits quietly against a pale ceiling, so the light itself does the talking.

You control the light from an app, and it also works with a remote control, which is sold separately. There is no switch on the light itself: it is switched at the wall, so your wall switch still does its job. It runs at 220-240V, 50/60Hz, carries energy class F and weighs 1.766KG packed. The body is aluminium and the diffuser plastic, both in white, so the whole panel reads as one clean line of colour. As a wired-in mains light, it is installed by a qualified electrician, and the installation instructions are available as a download, so they can be read before the work begins.
