Description
The Fluxy is a cordless, rechargeable outdoor table lamp that runs from an internal 3.7V 18650 battery rather than mains wiring, so it can be picked up and placed wherever the light is wanted. It draws a maximum of 1.7W and gives up to 140 lumens of warm 3000K light at an efficiency of up to 82 lm/W. In the US this kind of fitting is known as a portable or battery table lamp, and the appeal is the same on both sides: a self-contained light with no flex to trip over.
Standing 260mm tall on a Ø110mm base, the Fluxy suits a dining table, a bar top, a windowsill or a patio side table, and its low warm output works as a soft accent rather than full room lighting. It throws a gentle pool of light over the immediate tabletop, enough to set a relaxed tone for an evening meal or a drink outdoors without glare. Because it is portable it moves easily between an indoor shelf and a covered outdoor seat as the evening shifts.
The body is built from plastic and metal with a green finish, weighing 336g so it stays put once placed. Its IP44 rating makes it splash-resistant and suitable for sheltered outdoor spots such as a porch or carport, though it should be kept clear of fully exposed positions, direct water jets and standing water. The LED is integrated and rated for 25,000 hours, recharging via its internal cell rather than needing a mains connection. The Fluxy range also comes in further colours to match different settings.

Frequently Asked
How is the Fluxy powered and recharged?
It runs from an internal 3.7V 18650 rechargeable cell, so there is no mains flex. Once charged it works cordless, which is what lets you move it freely between tables indoors and out. The integrated LED is rated for 25,000 hours of use.
Can the Fluxy be used outdoors?
Yes, within limits. Its IP44 rating means it is splash-resistant and suited to sheltered outdoor spots such as a covered patio, porch or carport. Keep it out of fully exposed positions, away from direct water jets and out of standing water.
How bright is it and what is the light like?
It gives up to 140 lumens from a 1.7W LED at a warm 3000K colour temperature with Ra 80 colour rendering. This is a soft accent light for a tabletop or bar, not a main room light, casting a gentle warm pool over the immediate area.
How should the Fluxy be cleaned?
Wipe the green plastic and metal body with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it afterwards. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners that could mark the finish. Make sure it is switched off and not on charge before cleaning.
