Description
The Fanore Christmas bauble is a round glass ornament, 8cm in diameter, made from clear glass with an iridescent sheen that shifts through soft pink, blue and green as the light moves across it. Over the glass runs a pattern of fine silver glitter lines, laid out in chevrons like the veins of a leaf and meeting down the middle of the ball. A silver cap sits at the top with a loop and a slim silver hanging string, so it goes straight onto the tree.
It is made for the Christmas tree, where the clear glass picks up the glow of fairy lights and the glitter catches each twinkle. Because the glass is clear rather than coloured, it sits happily beside red, gold or green decorations and suits a silver and white scheme just as well. At 8cm in diameter it is easy to place: noticeable on the outer branches of a full tree, yet in proportion on a smaller tabletop one. Away from the tree, we like it hung from an indoor wreath, a mantelpiece garland or a curtain pole in a window.
The bauble is glass with a silver glitter finish and a silver cap, and it weighs just 0.02KG, so even a slim branch tip holds it without bending. Glass is fragile and can break if it is dropped, so we suggest hanging it a little higher, where small children and pets cannot reach it. Hold it by the silver cap when you hang it, which keeps fingerprints off the clear glass. When the decorations come down in January, wrap it in tissue paper and keep it in a rigid box, and it will be ready for next Christmas.

Frequently Asked
How big is the Fanore bauble?
It is 8cm in diameter, a comfortable middle size that shows well on most trees without crowding the branches.
What material is the bauble?
It is real glass, clear with an iridescent sheen, decorated with fine silver glitter lines in a leaf pattern and topped with a silver cap.
How heavy is it?
It weighs 0.02KG, so it hangs comfortably on slim branch tips and wreaths as well as on sturdier boughs.
Which colours does it show?
The glass is clear with a multicoloured iridescent sheen and the leaf pattern is picked out in silver glitter, so it sits well with silver, white or gold schemes.
Where can I hang it?
It is made for the Christmas tree, and we also like it hung from an indoor wreath, a mantelpiece garland or a curtain pole in a window.
How should I store it after Christmas?
Glass can break if knocked, so wrap the bauble in tissue paper and keep it in a rigid box until next Christmas.
