Description

The Ginger is a 156cm LED floor lamp built around a 45cm wood-veneer disc shade carried on a slim matt black steel stem and a circular wood-veneer base. An integrated 13W LED sits beneath the shade and reflects up into the underside of the disc, which then bounces a soft, indirect glow back down across the room. This particular unit is sold as ex-display and carries a small mark on the base.

The indirect light pattern suits living rooms, reading corners and bedrooms where a strong downlit beam would feel harsh. Because the disc shade caps the LED rather than enclosing it, almost all light is thrown sideways and upward across the ceiling, giving broad ambient coverage rather than a focused task pool. The 156cm overall height places the shade above seated eye line, so the LED itself stays out of view from a sofa or armchair.

The black stem and matching black cup-detail under the shade contrast against the warm tan of the wood veneer, pairing the fitting comfortably with both Scandinavian and modern interiors.
