The Erich is an 8-light chandelier built around a brass frame that extends eight arms radially from a central column, each terminating in a white blown-glass globe. The frame spans 96cm at its widest points and carries E14 bulb fittings (bulbs sold separately) behind dome-shaped glass shades that diffuse direct light into a soft ambient glow.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and central living room positions, the Erich provides wide light distribution across a 2.5-3m dining table or 4-5m open-plan living space. The adjustable drop allows the chandelier to be set between 59cm and 130cm from the ceiling, giving flexibility for standard 2.4m ceiling heights down to lower ceilings where the fitting needs to sit closer to the rose, or higher ceilings where additional drop creates a grander presence. The brass finish on the metalwork brings warmth to both contemporary and traditional interiors without the higher reflectivity of polished chrome or the patina of antique brass.

Each white glass globe is hand-blown, so minor variations in shape and thickness between individual shades are normal. The combination of the brass frame structure and the matte white glass creates a mid-century aesthetic that pairs cleanly with neutral wall tones, oak or walnut furniture, and interiors mixing metal and natural materials. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor spaces — not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor covered areas.

What bulbs does the Erich take?

The chandelier has eight E14 (small Edison screw) fittings, each rated for bulbs up to 40W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with 4-6W warm-white LED candle bulbs at 2700K-3000K for dining and living room use.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop of 59cm suits standard 2.4m ceilings when the chandelier is positioned over a dining table or kitchen island. The maximum drop of 130cm works in rooms with ceiling heights of 3m or above where a longer suspension creates a grander presence.

Can the height be adjusted after installation?

Yes. The suspension cable is adjustable during installation, allowing the chandelier to be set at any height between 59cm and 130cm. Once set and the ceiling rose fitted, further adjustment requires partial disassembly.

What's the difference between brass and gold finish?

The specification lists the finish as brass. This is a satin or brushed brass tone rather than highly polished gold plate. The finish has a warm metallic appearance but lower reflectivity than mirror-polished surfaces.
