Description

The Epifano is a wall-mounted LED flood light in white, with a broad rectangular panel set on an adjustable bracket so the beam can be angled where it is needed. The body is aluminium and the front panel is plastic. Both are finished in white, which sits quietly against a pale wall. It measures 24.5cm long, 14.6cm wide and 22.4cm high, and weighs 1.08KG. The integrated LED gives a strong 6,100lm of light. Its colour temperature is listed as 3000K, 4000K and 6500K, running from warm white to a crisp daylight white. With an IP65 rating it is sealed against dust and protected from jets of water, so it lives outdoors on a house wall or in a garden.

This is a light for the outside of the house where you want plenty of it: over a garage door, beside a driveway, along a side return or above the front door. It helps you find keys, park the car and see the path after dark. At 6,100lm it is a generous output for a single wall light, and the adjustable head lets you point it down the drive rather than into a neighbour's window. The white finish suits modern homes with light render or cladding, and the squared-off panel keeps a tidy profile under the eaves. Warmer white flatters a front door and planting, while the cooler daylight white gives the clearest view of a drive or yard.

Aluminium does not rust, which counts for a lot on an outside wall. Because the LED is integrated, there is no bulb to buy or change. It runs from a 220-240V, 50/60Hz mains supply and carries an energy class of D. As a wired-in mains light, it should be installed by a qualified electrician. The installation instructions are available as a download, so you can plan the position before the work begins.
